Daily Sightseeing Tour
All Tours are guided by English speaking guides licensed by Jakarta City Goverment Tourism Office.
Tour Routes may vary slightly because of relocation of places of interest and re-routing of traffic flow.
Should listed hotel is not available, it would be changed to the similiar class.
PAYMENT
Full Payment should be settled before departure 50% deposit for confirmed Island Tour.
Overnight Tour Package and Airline Tickets Reservation
The balance should be paid upon received.
CANCELATIONS
For confirmed Island Tour and Overnight Tour Package cancellation fee will be charged at 25% for less than 48 hours prior to departure and 100% for less than 24 hours prior to departure.
Air Ticket cancellation fee will be charged according to the airlines regulations.
REFUND
No Refund for unused services after tour commence.
Deduction plus administration fee for domestic airline ticket, will be charged according to airlines regulations.
LIABILITY
SKYCITY tour acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operator and other suppliers providing the services, and therefore SKYCITY is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occuring outside the tour programs.
Additional incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and urest must be borne by the tourist.
